If someone is behaving badly, you don’t have to put up with it.
In the app: open their profile or the conversation, tap the ••• menu, and choose Report or Block.
You can also email [email protected] with the person’s username and what happened.
If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
How do I delete my account? Profile tab → Edit → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your profile, photos, messages, and connections. It cannot be undone.
I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we’ll email you a reset link.
Why do you need my location? To show you people working nearby and how far away they are. You can refuse and search for a place manually instead — but the app is much less useful that way.
Who can see my photos? Everyone signed in to Clover can see your profile. Photos are also reachable by anyone with the direct link, so please don’t upload anything private.
Nobody is showing up in Discover. Clover shows people who have set a work intent for today near you. It’s currently most active in Toronto. Try searching a different location using the location button.
